The Chair of the Education, Science and Culture Committee, Genadi Margvelashvili took part in the second awarding ceremony of the scientific prize “Tamari” of the Caucasus International University held in the National Library of the Parliament.
He congratulated the winners stating that indeed, the sleepless nights, cognition and knowledge shall be appreciated. “I would like to congratulate the scientists, the beneficiaries with the victory. We all together shall take care of development of future generations. We strive to intensify education, employment and engagement in the policy of the youth at the high level and to provide the education-based preferences for the students. In this regard, engagement with the Universities is crucial”, - he noted.
The prizes have been awarded to the Associate Professor of the CIU, Academic Doctor of Medicine, Sophio Kasradze, CIU Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences Zakaria Nanobashvili, and the Dean of the Business Faculty, Associate Professor, Doctor of Business Administration, Irma Baratashvili.
The international prize has been established in 2017 and covers the successful scientists of the CIU dignified with their activity, scientific works, international projects and publications.
