The Chief of the Speaker's Cabinet, Nikoloz Samkharadze and the Chair of the Parliament's Research Center, Giorgi Khelashvili met with representatives of the Institute Europe from Switzerland.

The current developments, ongoing electoral, self-government and justice reforms in Georgia were prevailing topics for discussions at the meeting.

Nikoloz Samkharadze introduced the guests with the Institutional Reform of the Parliament and stressed on strengthening the Parliamentary Oversight and Research Center.

The parties touched upon the issue of the occupied regions of Georgia and the threats arising from annexation. The guests were also interested in the tourism potential of Georgia and the steps taken towards the development of the tourism sector.
