We will together successfully implement these reforms”.

The majority leader, D. Saganelidze evaluated the sitting. “Once more we were assured about the conditions and the situation the majority works under. We deserve applause as during 3 years we hear the demagogy and lies, you heard and what we hear in this hall”. He asked the Ministers, to make the relevant analysis what UNM has done during their governance and to introduce this information to minority. “Is it possible for the Ministers to make the analysis about the deeds during the preceding years and what are being done now – everything is comparative. When we speak of nepotism, I wonder who worked in the Ministries during years, what was the amount of bonuses, business trip costs etc. Due to the fact that you abstain from this, we do not have information to confront with impudence. It will facilitate you in your activity”.

G. Sanikidze noted about the National Center for Manuscripts that the issue is very sensitive and the decision shall be made taking the opinion of the employees into account. The Parliament shall interfere. “The NCM does not belong to any of the Ministers or the Parliament or to the Government. It belongs to Georgian people. There are many merited persons working, who during decades protected our national pride. They have low salaries and deal with the most valuable exhibits. They are the national heroes. It is a vast collective and is the best part of our nation”. The PM responded that the new building is to be constructed for the NCM in Mtskheta or Tbilisi. He addressed the Minister of Education to involve MPs in this process and make it transparent. “It will be a historical event as we do not deal with the property of one particular Ministry. This is our national treasure to be due taken care of. This year we intend to start construction of the new building. Georgia will have the high level NCM. It may be in Mtskheta or Tbilisi”.
