On February 20-21, Vienna hosts the OSCE PA Winter Session attended by up to 300 MPs from 50 countries to discuss the processes in the OSCE region and heard the special rapporteurs.
At the joint sitting of the Committees, the agenda included the political and security issues.
The Delegation member, Irakli Beraia in his speech underlined the grave security and human rights situation in the occupied regions of Georgia.
“The situation is totally unacceptable and we call on the international community to ensure pressure on Russia calling on to adherence to the international law and principles”.
Georgian MPs participated in the sittings of OSCE PA Permanent and General Committees and held the bilateral meetings to thank the European colleagues for support.
The Parliamentary Delegation is headed by Kakha Kutchava and is composed of Irakli Kobakhidze, Irakli Beraia and the OSCE PA President, Gigi Tsereteli.
