The Speaker, Archil Talakvadze and MPs attended the memorial service for the victims of the armed conflict of Abkhazia in Sameba Cathedral.

The identified relics of 13 persons missing from the armed conflict in Abkhazia (6 soldiers and 7 civilians) have been reinterred to Georgia from the occupied territory of Abkhazia.

More than 2300 persons are missing from the armed conflict in 1990 and the August war in 2008 in Georgia.

The state policy provides the requirement to determine their faith and whereabouts.
