The member of the Faction "European Georgia - Regions" met with the members of the Monitoring Committee of PACE to confer the electoral and judicial systems, as well as criminal cases pending against individuals with political status.

As Z. Chiaberashvili remarked post hoc the meeting, the role of International Community in reaching the agreement between the ruling party and the rest of the political spectrum is immense, and now it comes to the timely actualization of the agreement.

"The International Community has spared no effort to contribute to reaching of the agreement between the "Georgian Dream" and the rest of the political spectrum. It all served to release political prisoners and to change the electoral system to the one closest to the proportional method. Obviously, our conversation with the PACE representatives enshrined this very subject and timely implementation of the agreement so that the both principles put forward by society and the political spectrum to "Georgian Dream" be performed without any impediments", – Zurab Chiaberashvili remarked.

Pursuant to him, the pre-election environment shall allow political parties to accomplish their election campaigns in a suitable way.
