The Interim Fact Finding Commission on Murder of Two Youngsters at Khorava Street on December 1, 2017 held the 11th sitting to hear the representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office.

The Head of the Procedural Administration and Operative-Investigative Activity Supervisory Division in Border Police, Mikheil Shakulashvili and the Head of the Central Criminal Police Department and Patrol Police Department Investigation Procedural Division, Giorgi Gabodze provided the information about their official positions upon the committed crime.

M. Shakulashvili occupied the position of the Tbilisi City Prosecutor before February 22, 2018, G. Gabodze was his Deputy. They provided official explanations and answered the questions.

According to the Chair, Sergi Kapanadze, the next sitting will be held on Wednesday at 11h00 to hear other representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office.
