The Interim Fact Finding Commission on Murder of Two Youngsters at Khorava Street held the 13th meeting to hear the representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office.

The Chair, Sergi Kapanadze stated that July 25 is the birthday of the murdered David Saralidze and on behalf of the Commission, expressed condolences to his family. “Today, it is the birthday of Dato Saralidze murdered on December 1 and on behalf of the Commission, I would like to express our condolences to his family and friends. Once again, we all bear the responsibility for this case and I hope that the Commission will be successful”.

The Commission heard the First Deputy Chief Prosecutor, Mamuka Vasadze, Deputy Prosecutor Giorgi Gabitashvili, Tbilisi Prosecutor Malkhaz Kapanadze and Deputy Tbilisi Prosecutor Constantine Siradze giving their official explanations.

According to S. Kapanadze, the next sitting will be held on August 3 to summon the former Chief Prosecutor, Irakli Shotadze, Interior Minister Giorgi Gakharia and the Justice Minister, Tea Tsulukiani.

The Commission will resume interrogating the juveniles on July 26-28.
