The Minority Leader, David Bakradze held the meeting with the Ambassador of Germany, H.E. Heike Peitsch.

As Mr. Bakradze stated, the parties emphasized ongoing processes in Georgia and developments in Rustavi2. “The Ambassador asked about our estimation of these processes and about our future plans regarding Rustavi2 and freedom of speech”.

The parties touched upon the activity of the State Constitutional Commission. “Naturally, we touched upon visa liberalization and continuation of Georgia-EU relations at the new stage. We also spoke about occupied regions – Abkhazia and South Ossetia and what can be done in regards with these regions and how to use the current status of Georgia and visa liberalization at positive extent in terms of integration of these regions”.
