The OSCE PA President, Georgian MP Gigi Tsereteli held the high level meetings in Luxembourg with the Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, President of the Chamber of Deputies, Fernand Etgen and the Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn discussing OSCE activity, challenges and solutions, the role of the National Parliaments.

G. Tsereteli emphasized Ukraine conflict and the situation on the occupied territories of Georgia and stated that Russia keeps gross violation of the rights of ethnical Georgians on the occupied territories.

He introduced the information about Otkhozoria-Tatunashvili Act and the recent murder of Georgian citizen Irakli Kvaratskhelia in Gali and stressed necessity to punish the criminals. G.

Tsereteli delivered the speech at the joint sitting of the Foreign and European Affairs Committees and answered the questions.

Within the visit, G. Tsereteli and the Speaker of Georgian Parliament signed the Agreement on the OSCE Annual Session to be held in Luxembourg.

The 28th session will be held on July 4-8 in Luxembourg.
