The Bureau re-defined the March 30 – April 2 Plenary Agenda and supplemented it with the documents deliberated at the Legal Issues Committee, including the Draft Criminal Code.

Under the bill, two new offenses will be added to the Criminal Code: tampering with computer data and / or computer systems for financial gain and creating fake official computer data.

The draft law determines the composition of these crimes and sanctions thereof.

The legislative package will be considered at the Plenary Session with II reading.
