Akaki Zoidze participates in the 72th World Health Assembly

The Chair of the Health Care and Social Issues Committee, Akaki Zoidze and the Parliamentary Delegation participate in the 72th World Health Assembly in Geneva.

In his speech, A. Zoidze spoke about private and public sector partnership experience in Georgia and underlined Hepatitis C elimination unique program as the best and positive experience of partnership.

He emphasized the challenges emerged as a result of domination of the private sector on the health market without the reasonable regulations. He also will participate in establishment of the Global Network of Parliamentarians aiming at facilitation to achievement of the universal healthcare objectives worldwide.
