Georgian MPs participating in GUAM PA session

The Parliamentary Delegation headed by Giorgi Mosidze participates in the 11th GUAM PA session in Chisinau, Moldova.
The joint sitting of the four Committees presided by the Head of the Moldovan Delegation was dedicated to the political, legal, trade-economic and security issues. The sitting was followed with the Bureau where the attendees endorsed the agenda and discussed the documents – joint statement and the communiqué.
G. Mosidze spoke about the Georgia’s commitments to EU and together with Giorgi Gachechiladze, discussed Russia’s impact on economy of the region. G. Gachechiladze spoke about the Caspian Convention and its importance for the Caspian riparian countries.
At the joint sitting of the GUAM PA and the Baltic Assembly Presidium, the parties discussed development of partnership and summed up the joint statement to be adopted by the GUAM PA session tomorrow.
