The First Deputy Chair of the Diaspora and Caucasus Issues Committee, Givi Chichinadze held the meeting with the Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, H.E. Ihor Dolhov.

As G. Chichinadze stated post hoc the meeting, the conversation focused on the relations between Georgia and Ukraine and the prospects for their strengthening.

"We mainly talked about the cities in the Imereti region, which I represent in the Parliament of Georgia, and the problems that exist in these municipalities. During my tenure as the Governor of Imereti, the region made friends with the Poltava region, many cities have become friends and we talked about the development of these friendly relations", - G. Chichinadze remarked.
