Today, the group held the verbal hearing of GRASS, CRRC and IDFI representatives and considered the substantiated positions of the organizations and specified the information.

The group will hear all 17 organizations in April submitting the substantiated positions.

“Today, we discussed the evidences serving the basis for submitted information. We discussed the methods of processing of the information to give the clearer picture to the local organizations and state agencies about disinformation and propaganda in Georgia. We also discussed which state agencies to be invited to the process and outlined the role of the Ministry of Education, Office of the State Minister of Reconciliation, and law-enforcement agencies for conclusions”, - N. Goguadze noted.

The next hearing of the Thematic Inquiry Group will be dedicated to the executive authority. In the end of the process, the group will develop the conclusion and the recommendations.

The hearing was attended by Irina Pruidze, Giorgi Khatidze, Dimitri Tskitishvili, Giorgi Kandelaki and Giorgi Bokeria. Detailed information is available at the Parliamentary website.
