The Faction “National Movement” staying in the boycott regime

National Movement 03 Feb 2020
The Faction “National Movement” staying in the boycott regime

The Chair of the Faction, Roman Gotsiridze introduced the Faction plans to media: “The spring session starts tomorrow and I would like to remind the society about our plans. The Faction “National Movement” is one of the most active Factions in Parliamentary life as in terms of legislative initiatives, so in all the spheres. Unfortunately, the “Georgian Dream” forced us to realize the law granted under the law about the boycott and unfortunately, the “Georgian Dream” is not ready for the Parliamentary dialogue with the opposition. It has distanced itself from the people and wills not to speak with them. Thus, tomorrow we still stay in the boycott regime”, - he noted.

He dwelt on the picketing action scheduled for tomorrow and noted that the opposition holds the protest rallies at the Parliament, as well as at the Chancellery and the Presidential Administration keeping “fight till victory”.

He also responded to the statement by the Majority Leader that allegedly Batu Kutelia is a signatory of the agreement of the National Movement with the American Lobbyist Organization.

As R. Gotsiridze stated, Mamuka Mdinaradze named the wrong person as the Agreement is signed by the Executive Secretary of the Party, Koba Nakopia solely.
