The First Vice-Speaker, Giorgi Volski held the meeting with the Permanent Representative of Ukraine for Crimea, Anton Korinevic to discuss the situation in Ukraine and Georgia and namely Russian aggression and the problems of the occupied territories.

“We discussed the experience of Georgia in negotiation formats and heard the comprehensive information about the situation in Crimea”, - Mr. Volski noted.

The emphasis was made on the intact and unchanged position of the international community about territorial integrity as in regards to Georgia so with Ukraine. The parties underlined the strict position of the international partners towards the aggressor.

“We need to unify our efforts for maintaining this position and on the other hand, Ukraine and Georgia, both approve the policy implying maintenance and development of this dialogue within the international talks”, - he stated.
