Today, Guram Macharashvili visited the rally held in front of the Governmental Administration by the citizens affected by the Finance Company “Georgia” LLC.

MP spoke with the depositors and provided them with the information about the activity of the ad hoc Parliamentary group. On demand of the depositors and their lawyers, as well as with involvement of all parties concerned and various state agencies, the Parliamentary group has collected the important information. The informative dialogue lasted for a couple of hours.

MP called on the depositors to refer to the legal manner of consideration of the issue instead of the rally and noted that the permanent rallies, which is their Constitutional right, fail to facilitate to constructive solution of the issue. He shares the pathos of the depositors, considers their situation, though deriving from the reality, sees no way for solution other than development of effective mechanisms.

The group, the reporter of which is G. Macharashvili develops the recommendations to be submitted to the Bureau on July 20.
