The Chair of the Foreign Relations Department, Sofio Katsarava held the meeting with Turkey-Georgia Friendship Group members. The parties discussed bilateral relations and inte-Parliamentary diplomacy. The parties also discussed the directions that Georgia and Turkey share. 

“We overviewed the strategic relations, trade, economy and outlined the future plans to intensify cooperation on the Parliamentary level not only in Friendship Group but in Committee format. We agreed on the future visits and multi-format Parliamentary Delegations cooperation”, - S. Katsarava stated. The Turkish Delegation once again expressed support to territorial integrity and NATO integration of Georgia.
