The Faction discussed the urban planning security provided in the plan on Urban Master Plan developed by NPLE “City Institute Georgia” and introduced by the architect, Merab Bolkvadze.

He spoke about the concept of Tbilisi sustainable development and the details necessary for spatial development of the Capital. The project coordinator, Gogi Abashidze spoke about construction restrictions in urban planning.

The analyst expert Besik Oboladze introduced the complex security concept of the city.

The Chair of the Faction, Simon Nozadze gave the positive estimation to the issues and stated that “it would be expedient if the plan will be introduced to various groups, including scientific and educational institutions and Ministries. It shall be introduced to the population as well to be assured that sometimes restrictions and changes are necessary for further development of the city. Additional awareness of the society will serve the incentive for implementation of this plan”.
