The Diaspora and Caucasus Issues Committee keeps the daily meetings with the representatives of the Foreign Ministry.

Today, the Chair, Beka Odisharia and the First Deputy, Givi Chichinadze met with the Director of the MFA Diaspora Relations Department, Mukhran Gulagashvili to hear the updated data according to the countries regarding the health state of our compatriots, the number of the infected persons and the general situation.

The reporter informed the MPs about the Georgian citizens already arrived and the scheduled flights. The information will also be uploaded on the official website of the Ministry.

“At the meeting, we discussed the enlarged working group meeting scheduled within the week to consider the relevant issues as within, so beyond the country. The meeting will be streamed online on the Parliamentary website and will also be uploaded to allow the Georgian citizens abroad to be informed”, - B. Odisharia noted.
