“The decision has been made to allow MPs asking questions to Giorgi Gakharia and the plenary is the only format for it”, - the Speaker, Irakli Kobakhidze noted.

Some of the Committees expressed their will to meet the Interior Minister and hence, the plenary session was decided the best format for the hearing.

“Some of the Committees expressed the will to hear Mr. Giorgi Gakharia and hence, the best decision was made to allow MPs asking the questions to Mr. Gakharia and hearing his answers at the only format – plenary session. Hence, I believe this format best meets the interests of our MPs and colleagues”.

The Interior Minister is to appear in the Parliament tomorrow.
