The Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, Giorgi Kakhiani met with the interns to introduce the novelties introduced in the Parliamentary life under the new Constitution and new Rules of Procedure.

He emphasized the oversight function of the Parliament and spoke about the annual reporting of the Speaker and the Prime Minister to the Parliament, Ministerial Hour and the new rule of set-up of the Fact Finding Commission.

He introduced the information about the legislative process and the Committee activity.
