The Secretary-General, Mr. Givi Mikanadze held the introductory meeting with the Ambassador of Qatar, H.E. Mubarak Bin Nasser Bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Mikanadze thanked the Ambassador for the high-level organization of the IPU General Assembly in Doha, 2019 and introduced the ongoing reforms in the Parliamentary administration.

The parties overviewed the pandemic preventive measures undertaken by the two states and determined the priorities for the further cooperation at the Parliamentary level.
