The Chair of the Faction “Georgian Dream”, Mamuka Mdinaradze held the meeting with the EU Ambassador to Georgia, Janos Herman to discuss the democracy state in Georgia, economic development and human rights protection European standards.

The parties touched upon the new wave of the judicial reform and the legislative changes on environmental protection initiated by the Faction.

As noted, the Faction actively works on the initiatives announced by the Government constituting the priority of development of the country and will support these documents. Mr. Herman gave the positive assessment to the democratic reforms in Georgia and expressed EU support to democratic processes and in financial and experience terms.

“The meeting was very positive. We agreed on intensive and close communication on certain issues. As noted, EU will further support our Faction to allow us further effectively implementing our activity which shall have the positive effect on every member of our society”, - M. Mdinaradze stated.
