The Vice-Speaker, Sergi Kapanadze held the meeting with the Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Anna-Karin Eneström.

The parties discussed bilateral relations and future cooperation. “We considered the strategic relations between Georgia and Sweden. I introduced the political approaches of the European Georgia and current democratic situation in the country. We touched upon the problems of democratic development and emphasized freedom of media. We noted that Sweden is one of the active supporters of EU aspiration of Georgia and agreed on future partnership relations”, - S. Kapanadze stated.
