The meeting of Mamuka Mdinaradze with the EU Ambassador

The Majority Leader and the Vice Speaker, Mamuka Mdinaradze held the meeting with the EU Ambassador, Carl Hartzell to discuss the ongoing processes in Georgia, electoral issues and the judicial reform.

M. Mdinaradze introduced the main challenges of the Parliamentary current activity and emphasized the thematic issues named by the Speaker, Archil Talakvadze at the beginning of the autumn session.

“At the meeting, we discussed all relevant issues in Georgia and touched upon the judicial reform, OSCE/ODIHR recommendations concerning the electoral directions and the greatest part of which is implemented by us. We overviewed the political events and the dialogue and its prospects. I informed the European diplomat about 10 main challenges announced by the Speaker at the beginning of the autumn session. I believe that such meetings allowing us informing our European partners about the details, serve as the trigger and incentive for us to further enhance our partnership and be open with our strategic allies and hear their recommendations. It is oriented to the better future and development of our country”, - M. Mdinaradze noted.
