The Majority MP Nino Tsilosani held the meeting with the members of the Human Rights and the Health Care Committees of the Students Parliament. She dwelt on the campaign launched by the Speaker – “Parliament in Action” and introduced 10 main challenges to be discussed at the autumn and spring sessions.

She elucidated the statuses of the challenges and introduced the details of the judicial and electoral reforms, state budget 2020, and territorial integrity and anti-occupation policy.

She emphasized the changes to the Rules of Procedure, enhancement of the Parliamentary oversight and the instruments granted to the Parliament under the new Rules of Procedure, including thematic inquiries and thematic reporting she is the active member of. A

ccording to her, such meetings are useful for the youth as they get cognizant with the activity of the Parliament, which is the part of the campaign – more information for the parties concerned about the activity of the Parliament, its agenda, priorities etc.
